Some areas I have vended at in the past are in Austin, DFW, Houston, McAllen, and San Antonio areas. Currently I do not vend out of state, but I do hope to in the future. I now ship WORLDWIDE from Austin, Texas, unless your country currently has a ban from receiving post from the United States. Please make sure to check if your country is accepting packages from the United States if you are ordering internationally.

- Processing Time: All orders except for pre-orders will be dropped off at the Post Office within 2 - 7 business days
- United States Orders: Estimated delivery time after drop off is 2-7 business days.
- International Orders: Delivery dates can vary depending on your country. Please note that you are held responsible for paying any customs fees if they apply to your country upon arrival of your order.

All pre-order items have a Estimated Timeline listed in the description. Please make sure to review the estimated timeline prior to pre-ordering. The estimated timeline will state the following:
- Pre-order Closure Date
- Estimated Production Start Date
- Estimated Ship Date

Please beware that I am only one person, so please be patient with me. I do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges, so please make sure to order any items with confidence.
Once order is shipped a tracking number will be sent via email. Please note that sticker only orders do not receive tracking since they are shipped via envelope.
Please note that I am not responsible for your items once they get shipped; any delays that happen due to the postal service is out of my control.
When placing your order, please make sure that you truly would like that item(s).
Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted, meaning all items are FINAL SALE. So please purchase with confidence.
Please double check the size charts when purchasing apparel as well as dimensions when purchasing other physicals items. The only time I can cancel and refund an order is if the same order is accidentally placed twice. Please note that I am not responsible for any damaged packages. I pack every order with intense care to ensure that it arrives safely to you. If you do have any issues with your order upon arrival, please reach out to me with your name and order number, so we can resolve it together. 🖤

Once you have fully reviewed the entire Commission FAQ page and know exactly what style of clothing your would like me to make as well know your size please reach out to me via email at sparkling.punk@yahoo.com and mention the following in the email.
Please title the Subject of your email as "Clothing Commission for (Insert your name here)" and then include the following in your email:
- Full Name
- Email Address to Send Invoice (If it is different than the one you reached out with.)
- Shipping Address
- Style of Clothing Item(s) you would like to order
- Size(s) you would like to order
- Fabric color(s) you are looking for the item(s) to be made in
- Spooky/Halloween designs you are looking for to be on the fabric. For example, if you want it the fabric to contains ghosts, bats, jack-o-lanterns, spiderwebs, etc.
- And any additional customizations wanted if this applies to the piece you are ordering.
Once you reach out to me, please give me a couple days to reply and I will reach back out to you with pictures of different fabric options that I have enough of to make what you are requesting.
Once we have discussed details regarding the exact item(s) you would like to be made, I will setup an invoice and email it to the email of your choosing.
Due to my time and use of materials I DO NOT accept half payments or deposits. All payments, including shipping, must be paid in FULL within 2 days of receiving the invoice. Please make sure to review the size charts thoroughly before placing your order because all items are FINAL SALE.
If the invoice is not paid within that time and I have multiple people that have contacted me for a commission you will be placed last in line. If no others are currently requesting a commission I can extend the invoice by a couple days, but please make sure to reach out to me, via email, to let me know that you are still interested in placing your order.

Unfortunately, I do not sell nor make children's clothing, but my elastic waist skirts can normally fit a pre-teen and teenager. Waist measurements per size are normally listed in the product description of all skirts sold as well on the last image of the listing.
B Grade items are what is classified as a slightly flawed product, such as a minor scratch, chip, or misprint.
Some B Grade items have a lot of character and are unique in nature. B Grade products are sold at a discounted price rather than throwing them out completely. By doing this we are allowing that item to get a second chance at a new home.🖤
